She also has a Bachelor of laws (LLB) from Gimpa and further pursued Professional law course from the Ghana school of law. Gifty is an experienced Professional with 22 years proven track record in implementing process improvements across all areas of Supply chain Management and an organization as a whole. She currently serves as the Director for the Catering and Facilities Management Service Line and Head of Business in the Rigworld Group and is a Lawyer, a Chartered Supply Chain Professional, a Fellow from institute of Professional Financial Managers (UK), Project Management and lean six sigma certification. She is a Transformational Leader, an established Supply Chain Expert and Legal Practitioner with extensive knowledge in Hospitality Management, Offshore and Onshore operations, Catering services in the oil and gas Industry, additionally, having obtained extensive knowledge and experience in Finance, Administration and Procurement and Logistics Management with a Legal background. Gifty has also served in different roles such as an Accountant, Senior Manager for Planning logistics and warehouse, Head of supply chain management and Region Senior Sourcing lead. in the Telecoms Industry, Ghana and Sierra Leone, Construction, and Oil and gas industry ESSA, She nurtures and develops talent and builds capacity of local Suppliers.
